SSP is a VXML 2.1 compatible IVR platform - (INFO SHEET). It integrates OpenVXI with Nuance or any other MRCP 1/2 compliant server for ASR/TTS, but is able to provide prerecorded prompts/DTMF based IVR on its own. For telephony it integrates with internal SIP 2.0 stack. We also have a version of SSP that uses Dialogic voice hardware (DM3 or JCT cards).
